Featuring Whitney, Addie & Carlee and aaall the info you never knew you needed about Senior Bestie sessions!
I love working with High School Seniors! As I’ve been thinking about everything that High School Seniors have gone through this year with all the changes because of the pandemic, I wanted to create an experience that would be memorable, fun, and could get kids pumped to celebrate themselves and their Senior Year. That’s why I came up with Senior Bestie Sessions!
Senior Bestie Sessions are a way to combine Senior Photo sessions for 2-4 Seniors who are best friends. Each of them still get individual time and lots of shots, as well as having time to be together and get lots of fun pictures as a group! It turns your Senior photos into both an incredible and fun experience as well as a photoshoot.
Whitney, Carlee, and Addie were my first Seniors to try it out and we had SUCH a fun time! I loved having all of them there to cheer for each other and boost each other’s confidence as we took pictures.
As a part of their package, these beautiful girls had their hair and makeup done by Miranda Eagleston beforehand. It was the perfect way to have fun as girls, chat, and prepare and get excited for the session! Miranda does wonderful work and you can see more about her at https://www.theeaglestons.com/beauty. I schedule 45 minutes of picture time for each Senior so after hair and makeup we had about 2 and a half hours of shooting time!
Seniors who book with me can choose to include hair and makeup as a part of their experience or not! I always recommend it for a confidence boost and for the fun of the experience. They can also choose whether to book in a studio like the one in these photos to or go to a beautiful outdoor location.
We met up at the beautiful White Space Studio in Sandy to start hair and makeup and take the pictures. Each girl’s hair and makeup took about 45 minutes. As they each finished we started individual pictures and then got group shots all together once everyone was done.
Each girl brought a couple of changes of clothes so that they could show off their personalities and some of their hobbies. All of them run track so we got some photos in their track outfits all together as well as individually. Whitney also brought her cello so she could showcase her musical talent! I always tell Seniors I won’t limit the outfits they can bring, but just remember that whatever time you spend changing will take away from the time we have taking pictures!
We seriously had so much fun that I almost don’t want to ever go back to taking Senior pictures alone again! Here are the reviews that Carlee and Whitney and Addie left after our session!
