FAQ

1. What types of pets do you specialize in photographing?

-I specialize in photographing a wide range of pets, including dogs, cats, small mammals, and horses. Each session is tailored to capture the unique personality and characteristics of your beloved furry friend.

2. How long does a typical pet photography session last?

-The duration of a session depends on the type of pet and the desired package. On average, sessions last between 1 to 2 hours, allowing ample time to create a variety of captivating images. I prioritize a relaxed and enjoyable experience, ensuring we capture the essence of your pet without feeling rushed.

3. Can I be in the photos with my pet?

-Absolutely! I encourage pet owners to join their pets in the photographs to capture the special bond you share. Whether it's a playful moment or a tender interaction, including you in the images adds a personal touch to the final collection.

4. What locations do you recommend for pet photo sessions?

-I have scouted and worked in various locations around Fresno, each offering its own unique backdrop. We can choose a setting that suits your desires or needs, from lush parks and urban environments to serene countryside or your own home. I'm also open to exploring new locations that hold special meaning for you and your pet.

5. How far in advance should I schedule a pet photography session?

-It's recommended to schedule your session at least 3 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons. However, I understand that last-minute opportunities or emergencies can arise, so feel free to reach out, and I'll do my best to accommodate your needs.

6. What should I do to prepare my pet for a photography session?

-To ensure a successful session, it's helpful to groom your pet beforehand and bring their favorite treats or toys. Also consider bringing a thin leash instead of a harness.

7. Does my pet need to be obedient or well trained?

-Nearly all pets I photograph have a leash or a lead. I simply use Photoshop to remove it. If your pet doesn’t know any tricks, that’s okay! I keep my sessions stress free! Whether your furry friend is sitting, standing, or laying down, I’m sure they’re 100% cute.

8. How do I view and receive my photos after the session?

-After the session, I carefully curate the best images and present them to you in an online gallery. Once the editing process is complete, high-resolution images will be provided to you digitally, ensuring convenient access and the ability to share your cherished memories with friends and family. From there, we can arrange a meeting where we discuss which images you prefer to display as artwork on your wall!
